Jennifer Galloway is General Manager of Workforce, Communications and Adoption at AgriFutures Australia, where she leads a team focused on communications, capability building, and supporting rural industries in adopting new practices. She has more than 20 years of experience across leadership, strategy, communications, marketing, and philanthropy. Galloway holds a Master of Marketing from the University of Technology Sydney, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and serves as Chair of Ronald McDonald House South West NSW.

Emeritus Professor and company director focused on R&D and commercial value creation in agribusiness, with prior roles at Stahmann Webster and AACo and a research career at UniSQ.

Non-executive Chair of icetana (ASX:ICE) and long-serving director of AEGIC, who previously worked in M&A in Europe, co-founded a venture capital fund in Perth and mentored early-stage startups.

He holds the GAICD designation and has a background in law and economics.
