Ian Kerr is a founder shareholder of Beltrae Partners, which he co-established in 2003. He earned a BSc and PhD from Queen's University Belfast, then spent six years in corporate finance at JP Morgan in London and New York before returning to Belfast, where he built a corporate finance team at Price Waterhouse and became a partner in 1996, later heading the merged PricewaterhouseCoopers corporate finance team in Northern Ireland. Stephanie Erev is Interim Head of Sustainability at Polaris Private Equity, working at the intersection of sustainability and capital markets with over 15 years of experience across private equity, hedge funds, and academia. She previously served as ESG and IR Advisor to FSN Capital, where she contributed to green transition and ESG commercialization strategies across the portfolio and helped position the firm's ESG efforts ahead of fundraising. Her background includes investor relations and communications work involving C-suite executives, boards, and limited partners.

Laura Park is a Director at Adamantem Capital, focusing on investments in electrification, low carbon fuels including sustainable aviation fuels and hydrogen, and critical supply chains. She has 15 years of international experience in strategy, M&A, and investment across the automotive/EV, fleet, TMT, mining, renewable, and distributed energy sectors, having worked in Europe, North America, and Australia. Prior to her current role, she rose to Senior Vice President and worked on transactions with a cumulative enterprise value of $40 billion.

Antony Rumboll is General Counsel at Adamantem Capital, with over 20 years of experience across private practice and in-house legal roles. He was previously a partner at Baker McKenzie, advising on capital markets and public M&A transactions, and spent 10 years in the in-house legal function of a global financial services firm working on transactional matters within its Australasian investment banking business. He was named Lawyers Weekly Capital Markets Partner of the Year in 2022 and Best Lawyers' Lawyer of the Year for Equity Capital Markets in Sydney in 2021, and holds a university background in Natural Sciences (Genetics) alongside a professional qualification in intellectual property law.

Megan Coffey is Manager, Portfolio Operations at Adamantem Capital. She has more than ten years of experience across legal counsel, company secretary, sustainability advisory, and portfolio management roles, with a focus on stewardship, sustainability, and governance.
