Carlos Pedranzini is a partner at AcNext Capital, a firm founded in 2019 to invest in early-stage private companies with technology and innovation focus across Brazil and internationally. He holds a degree in Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and an Executive MBA from PDG Exec, and spent 34 years at Accenture, including 25 years as Partner and Executive Director leading operations across Latin American industries including automotive, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Beyond his current role, Pedranzini has invested in startups, venture capital and private equity funds, and provides coaching and mentoring to entrepreneurs.

Giancarlo Berry is a partner at AcNext Capital, a venture capital firm founded in late 2019 by former Accenture partners and the former CEO of PepsiCo Brasil and South America. He spent 28 years at Accenture, including 16 years as partner-director, where he held leadership positions including head of Customer Relationship Management for Latin America and head of Management Consulting for Brazil, and previously founded Connect the Dots, a business development and management consulting firm. Berry holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Mauá School of Engineering, an executive MBA from PDG Exec/Insper, and serves as an angel investor, governance advisor, and board member.

Mario Fleck is a partner at AcNext Capital, where he focuses on venture capital investments in startups across Brazil, the United States, and Israel. He serves as vice chair of the International Board and Assets Committee, as well as a member of the Executive and Management Committees at the Weizmann Institute of Science. His professional interests include Jewish affairs and Israel-related matters.
