Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Key1 Capital. He spent 10 years at Goldman Sachs in Tel Aviv, leading TMT investment banking advisory work and later heading its investment banking practice, and previously worked at JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, and AIG in New York. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (2003) and a BBA from Temple University (1997).

Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Key1 Capital. He was previously CEO of Goldman Sachs Israel and Head of its Growth Markets Financing Group in London, joining Goldman Sachs in New York in 2001. He was formerly an IT engineer at Phillips Medical Systems and a Captain (Ret.) in the Israeli Military. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth (2002) and a B.Sc. from the Technion (1999).

Co-founder and CEO of Aerospace Spirit. He commanded the Israeli Air Force's technology sector as Head of the Materiel Directorate (BG) and retired after 28 years as an engineer and technology expert managing hundreds of development projects. He holds an MA from Haifa University (2013), an MBA from Ben-Gurion University (2001), and a B.Sc. from the Technion (1995).

Before joining Ace, Asif served in the Israeli Air Force coordinating forces in operational activity, and brings experience in office operations, human resources, and task management.

Before joining Ace, Ron worked at PwC Israel's economic department on financial analysis, valuations, and strategic planning, and served as finance manager at GOVO. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Before joining Ace, Amit was an economic analyst at the Ministry of Finance's Chief Economic Division and worked at a consulting firm and in venture capital. He led edge-technology development and integration in the Israeli defense forces and holds a B.A. in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
