Alison Ridge is a Director at Paceline Equity Partners with over 12 years of experience in FP&A and fund management. Her background includes financial analysis, forecasting, process improvements, and project management, as well as managing teams, more than $20 billion in assets under management, and P&Ls with over $265 million in revenue. Her areas of expertise include fund management, financial operations, and FP&A, along with tools such as SAP, Coupa, Concur, and Hyperion.

David Negret is a Partner in Infrastructure Investments at Access Capital Partners, where he serves on the Investment Committee and sits on the boards of several portfolio companies. He has more than 15 years of experience investing in European infrastructure across sectors including transport and shipping, energy and utilities, telecoms, renewables and social infrastructure, with work spanning direct investments, co-investments and secondaries, and involvement in fundraising totaling approximately €3.5 billion. He also lectures on "Infrastructure and Energy Transition" at the Master 2 level at the University of Paris Dauphine.

Manish Pandey is Director of Middle Office at Access Capital Partners. He has 13 years of management experience in asset management, covering private debt, syndicated loans, ETFs, funds of funds, and formula funds. He holds AMF certification.

Makayla Sugidono supports Estancia's operations, compliance, and investor relations activities, and maintains the firm's digital presence. She also works on developing and implementing the firm's ESG practices. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Business from the University of Redlands and is a former collegiate athlete.

Karra Gassama is Director Middle Office at Access Capital Partners. Gassama has 13 years of management experience in asset management, covering private debt, syndicated loans, ETFs, funds of funds, and formula funds, and holds an AMF certification.

Lise-Hélène Brunon is Group Head of Compliance at Access Capital Partners, working with executives on regulatory matters within asset management. She has held the AMF RCCI card since 2004 and became an FCA approved Compliance Officer in 2023, and she lectures on compliance in the Master 2 in Asset Management, Compliance and Risk Management at the University of Caen. Her work includes overseeing IT developments such as portfolio management, due diligence, and AML systems, and she contributed to the creation of the Shoyo I Control compliance monitoring platform in 2023 and 2024.
