Damien Launoy co-founded 115K in 2022, later becoming Partner and Managing Director. He previously worked as an Investment Director at Bpifrance within the Large Venture team, where he made investments including iBanfirst and Cartan Trade in financial services, and has more than 10 years of VC experience across early and late stage. A former entrepreneur, he mentors in various programs and teaches Venture Capital at Ecole Polytechnique, and holds degrees from HEC Paris, the Magistère Banque Finance, and the Institut de Droit des Affaires at Université Paris II-Assas.

Benoît Descoqs joined 115K in March 2023, first as head of investment and then as investment director. Before 115K, he worked as an innovation business officer at Bpifrance, financing startups from seed to late-stage, and earlier began his career at Engie, where he co-founded and led product for an internal startup. He holds an engineering degree from Polytech'Lille (2016).

Anne-Sophie Lajeunesse leads the Direction de l'Engagement Citoyen at La Banque Postale. She has 30 years of experience in banking and finance across France and internationally, including roles in sales, human resources, and entity management serving individual, professional, and business clients. In 2020, she enrolled at Mines Paris to develop expertise in environment, sustainable development, and corporate social responsibility management.

Nizar Dahmane joined 115K as Chief Operating Officer in January 2025. Previously, he created and led the Tech business unit at BEDL and spent more than 11 years at the La Poste group's Services-Courrier-Colis branch in roles spanning M&A, strategy, and innovation. He also founded and ran the La Poste Services For Equity investment fund and sits on the strategic committees of the tech companies it financed.

Vincent Menvielle is Directeur de la Stratégie et du M&A at La Banque Postale, with 20 years of international experience across the UK, France, Italy, and the US in consulting and financial services. He serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of LBPAM and President of the Administrative Committee of Easybourse. He holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Emilien Thomas joined 115K as an analyst in April 2024. Before that, he spent a year at the fintech company Graneet, holding operational and strategic roles (Operations Manager and Chief of Staff) during the period following its Series A. He graduated from the École des Mines in 2024.

Hugo Vallette Viallard joined 115K as an analyst in June 2022. Before that, he spent a year in the French tech ecosystem with roles in deal advisory at KPMG, where he worked on the Top Tech Tomorrow barometer, and as a Private Equity analyst at Axonia Partners. He holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from SKEMA BS (2022).
