What is a Series B round?
The Series B funds scaling a proven model: the product works, revenue is real, and the money buys growth — sales capacity, market expansion, second products. Investors underwrite unit economics and the efficiency of growth rather than existence proof.
The B is often called the hardest round to raise well, because hype no longer substitutes for numbers and the company is priced on performance against its own trajectory.
