Julian McCarty studied mathematics at Berkeley and subsequently worked as a consultant advising call centers on operational optimization. He attended Stanford Business School and spent seven years as an investment banker focused on call center software. He is now CEO and co-founder of MosaicVoice, which develops conversational intelligence solutions for call centers.
