Josh Lampen is cofounder and CTO of Cartage. He was a founding engineer on the platform team at Rose Rocket, a YC-backed trucking ERP where he worked on workflow engine development, and previously worked as an engineer at Together. Before entering tech, he worked as a management consultant and competed as a water polo player for Canada's national team.
