We Sparkle

We Sparkle (also referred to as We Sparkle Co.) is a Minneapolis-based software company offering a suite of AI-powered tools for solopreneurs and small business owners. Its products include Sparkle Assistant, a customizable AI assistant that answers customer FAQs, schedules appointments and upsells products or services and can be displayed on a website or Facebook page; Sparkle Site, a landing page and link-in-bio tool used to distribute lead magnets, sell products and services, share content and collect tips; Sparkle Scheduler, which lets clients book and pay for 1:1 or group appointments, classes, webinars and events with integrations for Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and iCal; and Sparkle Directory, a mobile-friendly progressive web app that lets communities such as coworking spaces, chambers of commerce and markets showcase and filter member businesses. A further product, Sparkle GPT, is listed as coming soon and is described as learning from an organization's chosen documents and databases, updating in real time and answering questions within the scope of that organization.

According to the founder, the Sparkle Assistant uses natural language processing and machine learning to text message with a business's clients, answering frequently asked questions, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, upselling and encouraging customer reviews. The company states that its vision is to build a stronger and more inclusive economy, pursued through a mission of equipping small businesses with AI-powered tools. It identifies itself as a social enterprise and public benefit corporation and emphasizes support for underestimated entrepreneurs, including women and people of color.

Alongside its software, We Sparkle runs social-impact programs including a Rate to Donate program supporting nonprofit organizations and scholarships (including a BIPOC scholarship program) for entrepreneurs who cannot currently afford a subscription.
