브이드림 (Vdream, ㈜브이드림) is a South Korean HR solutions company focused on the employment of people with disabilities. It develops and operates a proprietary remote-work human-resources platform, currently branded Vwork (브이워크), which consolidates recruiting, commute/attendance logging, work-performance management, payroll, communication and support requests, and documentation used as evidence in Ministry of Employment and Labor reviews. The company states it is not a staffing or dispatch agency: its model supports corporate clients in directly hiring disabled workers, combining AI-based job matching with the Vwork management system. Earlier generations of the system were branded Flip / Flipped (플립), described in press coverage as Korea's first remote-work system specialized for workers with disabilities, with a 2.0 launch in March 2023 and a renewed Vwork launch in June 2026.

Vdream develops job categories mapped to 15 disability types across roles such as office support, marketing, design, monitoring, customer service, data collection, CAD, data labeling and document management, and designs suitable remote roles for client companies that do not have obvious work to delegate. Financial filings reported via Incruit show revenue of KRW 4.78 billion in 2023, KRW 6.92 billion in 2024 and KRW 6.00 billion in 2025, with net income of KRW 344 million in 2025 after losses in 2023 and 2024; a February 2025 press report stated the company passed KRW 10 billion in 2024 revenue and set targets of KRW 40 billion for 2025 and KRW 80 billion for 2026. V-Art Gallery revenue more than tripled from 2023 to 2024 according to the same report.

Latest developments

In 2026 the company relaunched its disability-focused remote-work platform as Vwork, refreshed its CI/BI, moved its headquarters to Seoul, and registered several patents covering remote-work monitoring, integrated disability-employment remote-work management and data security. It signed cooperation agreements with Yeongnam Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, the Korea Disability Awareness Improvement Education Institute, the Ganghwa District Office of Education in Incheon, Mapo Disabled Persons Welfare Center, and Japan's Sun Family elderly-care facilities, was named a Seoul Work-Life Balance Point Company, and received a final success determination for the Post-TIPS program.
