Uniphore Technologies Inc. is a Palo Alto, California-based enterprise artificial intelligence company that develops the Business AI Cloud, a composable platform spanning data, knowledge, models and AI agents. The platform is organized in four layers: a composable data layer that connects to applications and clouds to query and prepare information where it resides without moving it; a knowledge layer that structures and contextualizes enterprise data for fine-tuning models and agents; a model layer that applies enterprise safety guardrails to third-party large language models; and an agentic layer offering prebuilt AI agents and orchestration for sales, marketing, service, HR and other functions. The company also markets a Zero Data AI Cloud approach that allows AI deployment without data migration, along with conversational AI, emotion AI, knowledge AI, sales conversation analytics (Q for Sales) and real-time agent assistance products.

The company began with a focus on call center intelligence, building AI agents and virtual assistants to automate contact center tasks and escalate complex issues to human operators, and subsequently repositioned around broader enterprise and agentic AI. The company was co-founded by Umesh Sachdev and Ravi Saraogi, who serve as CEO and President respectively.

In October 2025 Uniphore closed a $260 million Series F co-led by NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake and Databricks at a $2.5 billion post-money valuation, issuing convertible preferred stock. Proceeds are earmarked for platform innovation, expanded AI agent capabilities, enterprise adoption, ecosystem growth and further acquisitions. In August 2025 it announced the acquisitions of Orby AI and Autonom8.
