TRIDITIVE

Triditive is a Spanish additive manufacturing company that designs and builds industrial 3D printing machinery, produces parts on demand, and operates cloud software for managing additive production. Its core product line is the patented AMCELL platform, an automated 3D printing industrial system able to scale production and manufacture parts in polymers and metals at the same time. The AMCELL system described at the time of the company's 2021 seed round was a large-format modular cell, marketed as a "Factory in a Cell," made up of eight robotic modules each with a 220 mm diameter by 330 mm build volume, working independently but simultaneously for continuous end-use part production. It uses the company's Automated Multimaterial Deposition (AMD) technology, combining a binder jetting module with several delta FDM modules to handle metals, polymers and fiber-reinforced composites. Automation subsystems handle loading, ejection onto a central conveyor, and auto-calibration of each module, while the production chamber includes temperature control, humidity control and air filtering; cartridge loading controls material storage conditions with capacity up to 10 kg of raw material per module.

Alongside the hardware, Triditive offers EVAM, a cloud-based software platform that organizes and manages additive manufacturing workflows to support repeatability, traceability and productivity, enables digital warehouses and on-demand production scaling, centralizes orders, optimizes manufacturing queues by location, cost and priority, and provides remote real-time production monitoring, data analysis, alerts and quality control.
