TENET (株式会社TENET) is a Japanese healthcare company whose stated vision is "健康寿命120年" (a 120-year healthy lifespan) and whose mission is to keep delivering higher-quality medical care at lower cost to a broad population. The company frames Japanese healthcare as facing a "trilemma" among access, cost and quality, and positions its work as redesigning care delivery so that all three can hold simultaneously, including for patients in rural areas and on remote islands.

The company describes seven interlinked business lines: online medical consultation (telemedicine) as an access layer; a medical media business publishing health information to guide people toward seeking care; a hospital succession and turnaround business addressing shortages of successors in regional hospitals; DX/AX (digital and AI transformation) services for clinics and hospitals; a small-amount, specialized insurance business covering non-reimbursed (自由診療) treatment; a general-practice clinic production business using AI and DX to cover primary through chronic care; and a pharmaceutical planning/manufacturing and medical device development business drawing on clinical data.
