Super Advisor

Super Advisor is a practice-management platform aimed at discretionary portfolio managers and independent registered investment advisors. It positions itself as a single system replacing a stack of disconnected tools — CRM, meeting notetakers and compliance software — by assembling a household client record from documents the advisor already has, such as investment statements, meeting recordings, emails and prior CRM or prior-advisor exports, without form-filling or field mapping. Extracted values are traced back to their source document, and low-confidence fields are flagged for advisor confirmation.

Once a record exists, the product maintains it against a firm-defined service standard covering KYC age, review cadence and data currency. It surfaces what is due or missing per household — for example stale KYC, concentration risk, or overdue annual reviews — schedules and drafts quarterly review briefs, prepares pre-meeting briefings and post-meeting notes, actions and KYC updates, and produces same-day branded one-pagers from discovery meetings that present observations and questions rather than advice. A dashboard tracks book-level indicators such as the share of households on-model, KYC currency and reviews completed, alongside an AI assistant that accepts plain-English commands to schedule meetings, create tasks and notes, or send email. Outputs are drafted for the advisor to review, edit and approve, and KYC attestations are recorded as timestamped, attributed and immutable entries intended to withstand audit.
