Sorcerer is deploying a network of low-cost, persistent weather drones to gather real-time data in previously unmonitored areas, which the founders say collects 30x more observations than the entire global observation infrastructure at 1% of the cost. This data trains a weather model they describe as competitive with traditional prediction methods at roughly 10,000x lower cost.
