Saturn Cloud offers a control plane for GPU clouds that installs on top of infrastructure an operator already owns — bare metal, Kubernetes, Slurm, hyperscaler capacity, or GPU-native (neocloud) fleets — and exposes it as white-labeled, metered AI services including inference endpoints, training and fine-tuning, and GPU developer workspaces (JupyterLab, VS Code, SSH with persistent storage).

The platform's stated functional areas are multi-tenant isolation, day-2 operations support, metering and billing, and orchestration across infrastructure layers. Isolation is implemented at the hardware boundary rather than within a shared control plane: each tenant receives its own Kubernetes or Slurm cluster, its own InfiniBand P_Key coordinated with the operator's networking vendor, its own storage namespace on systems such as VAST Data or Weka, and its own SSO federation, with no shared scheduler, etcd, or admission webhooks between customers. Supporting capabilities include RBAC/IAM and audit logging. Metering tags every GPU-hour by user, project, and tenant, adds per-token metering for inference through the same pipeline, automates committed-use, on-demand and reserved contract terms, produces chargeback reporting, and exports invoicing data via API and as a Snowflake view. Orchestration drives the stack from a bare-metal provisioning request through to a running inference endpoint from one console, with managed Slurm and managed Kubernetes clusters provisioned via the operator's BMaaS partner.

Saturn Cloud supports NVIDIA hardware including H100 and H200 (Hopper SXM5) as generally available and B200 and B300 (Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra SXM6) by request, with 1 to 8 GPUs per workload and listed starting prices from $2.95/hr. The company states the platform can be stood up on customer infrastructure in 15-30 minutes using Terraform and an operator-based install.

Business model

Saturn Cloud licenses its control-plane software to GPU cloud operators, who deploy it on their own hardware and capacity contracts and resell GPU and token-based AI services under their own brand.
