He founded Primero with Andrés Rosales and Santiago Buenahora on the argument that Latin America's biggest enterprises still run on 1990s technology and need a homegrown AI champion rather than an imported one — "LatAm needs its own technology champions," as he put it at launch — and the company now serves enterprises with more than $45 billion in combined annual revenue.
