Nexiu (Nexiu AI LLC) is a recruiting automation platform for high-turnover operational roles. Its AI agents work over the official WhatsApp Business API from the employer's own number to attract candidates, answer their questions, qualify them against position-specific criteria, validate documentation and schedule interviews, so that the client's team only conducts interviews with candidates who are already filtered and have accepted the job offer terms. The company states qualified candidates begin arriving in under 24 hours after setup and that a vacancy can be covered end to end in about 48 hours.

Onboarding consists of connecting the client's WhatsApp number and its candidate sources — social networks, Facebook groups, job boards such as Computrabajo, LinkedIn and Indeed, and the company's own career pages — into a single unified pipeline, with a separate pipeline per site and a real-time dashboard showing KPIs by position. The product is positioned against rule-based chatbots: Nexiu describes its agent as adapting to the client's process, maintaining its own candidate database, performing automatic follow-up and making decisions rather than following a fixed flow. Nexiu serves four active verticals: logistics (medium- and long-distance drivers), retail (store sales staff and cashiers), call centers (sales, collections and customer service operators) and security (on-site, patrol and monitoring guards).

In the service model, Nexiu operates the full hiring process on the client's behalf without the client adding headcount, charged as a fee per successful hire with a replacement guarantee. In the software model, the client's talent acquisition team operates Nexiu's platform directly, with customizable flows and qualification questions per process, a dedicated key account manager, structured onboarding and API integration with the client's existing ATS.
