myInterview (Myinterview Solutions Pty Ltd) develops asynchronous video interviewing and AI-based candidate screening software for employers. Candidates record video responses to employer-defined question sets, with the ability to play back and re-record answers before submitting; the platform generates transcripts and tags so recruiters can sort and shortlist applicants. An analytics layer, marketed as myInterview Intelligence, analyzes responses for keywords, phrases and tone, drawing on the Big Five personality model to score candidates on fit and to build shortlists automatically. Additional capabilities include team collaboration, workflow management, reporting, enterprise-grade security and integrations with applicant tracking systems and other HR applications, including a dedicated Workable integration.

The company later positioned an AI virtual talent assistant, Taira, aimed at low-touch hiring, combining conversational screening, interview scheduling and video interviewing. Following the Radancy acquisition, the offering is presented as Screening & Scheduling within the Radancy Talent Acquisition Cloud: configurable screening templates with AI-recommended qualifications and skills, conversational AI screening with transparent scoring, optional one-way video with voice or text alternatives and AI transcription, and AI-driven interview scheduling that syncs availability across Outlook, Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams and supports one-on-one, panel and multi-stage interviews, including scheduling and management directly inside Microsoft Teams.
