History

The company was incorporated in England and Wales on 23 October 2019 as MOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LTD (company number 12277558), with Harvinder Singh Power, Melvyn Wei Chien Tan and Peter John Wilson appointed as directors at incorporation. Peter Wilson resigned in November 2022. Motics Technologies Ltd took part in the Techstars London Accelerator cohort announced in December 2022. In January 2025 Melvyn Tan stepped down as director and ceased to be a person with significant control, and Dr Salinna Binti Abdullah was appointed director and notified as a person with significant control. The registered office moved from the Techstars/WeWork address at Aldwych House to 167-169 Great Portland Street in April 2025 and then to 1 Canada Square, Fora Level 8, London E14 in April 2026.
