Metavent

Metavent is a full-service corporate event management company and event strategy firm based in San Francisco that plans and produces events for business professionals across the United States and internationally. Its service set spans event strategy and marketing plans, creative development and content design, full-service planning and production, sourcing and travel management, registration and housing, in-house audio/visual and technical production, on-site management and logistics, and post-event wrap-up with engagement tracking. Founding story

Founder and CEO Anna Marie Rembold had organized and gathered groups since childhood and worked in technology in 1999-2000 before spending eight years as founder and president of Anna Marie Events (AME), a strategic event planning agency. During spring 2020, as video calls rose and live meetings declined, she identified company culture as an emerging problem, which prompted the idea for Metavent; the company was incorporated in February 2021 and launched that year.

Metavent operates as a services agency engaged by corporate clients to plan, produce and manage events end to end, positioning itself as a single partner covering strategy, creative, logistics, travel, registration and in-house A/V rather than coordinating multiple outside vendors.
