Founding story

Co-founder Paul Pino, a former corporate investment banker, entered home-based care in the early 2000s after working on transactions in the sector, joining a fully capitated home health, home infusion and DME company contracting with Medicare Advantage and managed Medicaid payers; that business was sold around 2012. In 2015, Pino and his partners re-entered the market and founded Integrated Home Care Services.
