Incore Invest AB is a Stockholm-headquartered investment firm founded in 2021 by Nicolai Chamizo together with a group of industry co-founders. The firm invests in technology-driven companies, concentrating on fintech, SaaS and B2B software, and typically enters at around the Series A stage in businesses with proven business models, established revenue streams and a path to profitability. It invests across Europe with a particular emphasis on the Nordic region, and takes either minority or majority positions.

The firm's stated approach combines capital with active ownership: board involvement, hands-on support on growth strategy, corporate financing, M&A and IPO processes, and access to its network of industry and investment contacts. Its own site lists six investments, including PaymentIQ, Brite, Froda, Mynt, Kameo and Savr. Beyond direct minority investing, Incore has also executed a control transaction, agreeing to acquire CoreOrchestration AB and establish PaymentIQ as a standalone company, and has raised debt financing through a EUR 130 million bond arranged with DNB Carnegie.

The team includes founder and CEO Nicolai Chamizo, partners Magnus Mivér (former partner at ABG Sundal Collier), Martin Larsson (former partner at Stella Capital Advisors), Jonas Mårtensson (CEO of Mojang) and Lena Hackelöer (founder of Brite Payments and a Klarna alumna), investment manager Kasper Terrvik and investment analyst Michelle Rafie.
