Hirize

Hirize is a Miami-headquartered company that builds an API-first document intelligence platform. Its core product line parses unstructured documents into structured data: an HR parser for resumes and job descriptions, Hirize Fin for invoices and other financial documents, and a customizable parser for customer-specific document types. Around this extraction layer the company offers workflow automation APIs, including Hirize Matching, a candidate-to-job matching service built on deep learning, and Hirize IQ, which generates candidate summaries and up to eight tailored technical interview questions per role.

The company is also extending into enterprise search and agentic products under the Hirize Lumina brand, covering AI search, a knowledge base built on its extraction output, and multi-step AI agents, which are offered on an early-access basis. Founding story

Founder and CEO Esranur Kaygin previously founded Recruit for U, an automated tool for HR departments that was acquired in 2013, then spent seven years as a venture capitalist before returning to founding. The company says it examined existing HR technology, concluded the hiring process had stagnated for decades despite available technology, and built an AI-driven API to save hiring teams time. Kaygin, who has lived in the Netherlands, New York and Turkey, chose Miami as a base after visiting during Miami Tech Week.

Business model

Hirize sells API access to its parsing, matching and generative AI products, integrating into customers' existing platforms and applicant tracking systems rather than selling an end-user application. It runs a startup program offering a 60% discount and markets a free trial, self-serve sign-up and enterprise sales motion with demos.

Usage-based pricing on a credit system, where each resume parse costs one credit and volume-based tiers are available; the company states it charges customers based on usage. Payment is accepted by major credit cards, with wire transfers and purchase orders for enterprise customers. API access is paused if a customer exceeds purchased credits.

Press coverage reports the company processes roughly 10 million CVs per month and names Indeed, Neuralink and Amplitude among its clients, with five full-time employees at the time of reporting and an expectation of doubling headcount by Q3.
