What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?

The founders cite that U.S. manufacturers lose roughly $285,000 per year in quality costs for every $10 million in revenue, while an estimated 4 million manufacturing jobs will need filling by 2033 as experienced engineers retire and much drawing-review expertise leaves with them. Both founders are engineers, and after more than 200 conversations with manufacturing, quality engineers and machinists, they built software that reviews engineering drawings against ASME standards and company-specific rules before they reach the shop floor.

What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?

The founders aim to build a large repository of engineering review knowledge, tailoring each company's checks to its own standards and converting expertise usually held by a few senior engineers into software plants can use within a week.
