Hardly operates a web-based career tools platform designed for joint use by job seekers and the staff who support them. The product bundles a resume builder, cover letter builder, job application tracker, asynchronous interview practice tool, resource library, appointment scheduling, messaging and assessments into a single workspace, with the stated aim of reducing the time staff spend writing and reformatting resumes and of centralizing communication that would otherwise be spread across files and email.

AI features are concentrated in the document tools: resumes can be synced to a specific job description, skills can be auto-generated for a job title, grammar and unclear phrasing can be corrected, and a resume can be refocused on particular skills, with the company's template described as applicant tracking system (ATS) friendly. Cover letter drafts are produced in seconds by pairing a saved job description from the application tracker with a selected resume. Staff and job seekers can comment on both resumes and cover letters within the builders. The application tracker records application statuses, progress statistics, key contacts per resume, follow-up reminders and resume-version performance. The interview tool prompts common and custom questions, records answers for immediate playback, and allows self-rating plus staff comments.

Organization-facing capabilities include customizable, taggable resource libraries containing PDFs, article links and videos; Calendly-connected scheduling for Zoom, in-platform or in-person events; group and individual messaging with email notifications and unread reminders; and assessments comprising a workstyle assessment, the O*NET interest profiler and a personality assessment, connected to the O*NET database, with the ability to store results from outside assessments. Administrators can add and remove coaches, case managers and job seekers, apply custom tags, change user designations (job seeker, client, customer, student, participant, user), and export customizable CSV reports on employment status and other data. A Chrome extension supports job tracking on external sites.
