GoTo (PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk) is an Indonesian technology company formed in 2021 through the merger of ride-hailing and on-demand platform Gojek and e-commerce marketplace Tokopedia. It describes itself as the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia, with a stated mission of 'empowering progress' by providing technology infrastructure and solutions for participation in the digital economy. Its ecosystem covers mobility, delivery, payments, financial services and merchant technology solutions, plus e-commerce via Tokopedia and banking services through a partnership with Bank Jago.

The group's principal reported products are Gojek, aimed at micro-entrepreneurs and urban mobility/delivery, and GoTo Financial, a financial technology ecosystem serving consumers and merchants. Subsidiaries listed include Gojek, GoTo Financial and a 25% holding in Tokopedia, the remaining 75% of which was acquired by ByteDance in December 2023. GoTo's areas served are Indonesia, Singapore and Vietnam, though the company decided to close its Vietnam operations effective 16 September 2024.

GoTo is headquartered in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Its board is chaired by President Commissioner Agus Dermawan Wintarto Martowardojo, with Hans Patuwo as President Director/CEO and Catherine Hindra Sutjahyo as Vice President Director; Andre Soelistyo serves as commissioner/deputy chairman and William Tanuwijaya as co-chairman.
