Giacom

Giacom is a channel-only marketplace and software provider that supplies technology resellers and managed service providers (MSPs) with products and services from vendors and carriers. Its Cloud Market platform is a digital marketplace of curated cloud, communications, hardware and software products aimed at the small and medium-sized business (SMB) end market, which partners access through a single self-service platform.

Alongside the marketplace, Giacom provides automated software for sales, order management, billing, self-service and integrations, and offers partner enablement services covering learning and development, marketing resources and industry expertise. Technical support is delivered by in-house sales, technical and product teams, including second-line, end-to-end support across the product range. Its communications portfolio spans business mobile, business broadband and Ethernet, and IP communications, with lifecycle support for provisioning and management.
