Founder and CEO Keita Wangari is a product research leader with more than ten years in tech product development and a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction, having led B2B research at Google, Esri and Demandbase in the U.S. and internationally. After a career focused on how people experience technology, the wave of mass tech layoffs redirected that focus toward using technology to reduce the adverse human effects of sudden job loss. The team states that everyone at the company has been through a layoff. Wangari has long-standing ties to Redlands, California, dating to 1984, and based the company there.
