Earlyasset is a private market infrastructure company focused on the venture secondary market. SecondaryOS is an enterprise-facing platform for venture-backed companies to manage secondary transaction workflows — individual shareholder liquidity requests, shareholder communications and offer notices, ROFR workflows, transfer approvals, tender offer management and cap table coordination — without the overhead of a formal tender offer. Earlyasset Capital, LLC, a separate entity described as the exclusive financial partner of Earlyasset.com, acts as a direct buyer for qualifying positions, removing the need for a marketplace listing, buyer matching or a broker. Earlyasset Capital purchases secondary shares in growth-stage private technology companies directly from shareholders at a discount to the last primary round, applying the "Law of 50" framework: Series B or later, $50M+ annual revenue, 50%+ year-over-year revenue growth and 50%+ gross margins, plus a qualitative assessment of durability. Transactions are described as ROFR-compliant and subject to accredited investor verification and company transfer restrictions.

The company frames the market opportunity around an estimated $4 trillion of value locked in private company equity globally (its press release also cites an $8 trillion figure across venture-backed and privately held companies), average private hold periods of 12 or more years, roughly four million holders of venture-backed equity, and concentration of more than 80% of venture secondary transaction volume in about ten companies, per Caplight data cited by the company.
