Dyrt

Dyrt is a waste-management technology and operations company that combines hardware, software, and recovery services for the food, materials, and waste that businesses generate. Its platform ingests invoices, contracts, utility bills, hauler data, and diversion records to identify billing errors and overcharges, benchmark hauler rates, right-size containers, manage vendors, and produce diversion and emissions reporting across every customer location.

The offering is packaged in three tiers. "Track" covers measurement at the point of disposal using the DWIT kiosk and connected industrial scales, logging each bin, pallet, or donation on a live dashboard. "Capture" adds Spend Intelligence, which reads invoice lines for overcharges and rate creep, and the Impact Engine, which converts the same data into audit-ready Scope-3 (Categories 5 and 12) and diversion reporting, plus donation management and a fair-market-value tax-deduction estimator. "Optimize" is a fully managed program in which Dyrt runs the hauler network on pre-negotiated rates, handles audits and vendor switches, routes recyclables to a commodity-buyer network, and provides a dedicated customer success manager and priority support. Pricing is per location, defined as one waste-bill address, with org-level pricing available for portfolios of 50 or more locations.

Alongside software, Dyrt designs and operates industrial hardware: the DWIT point-of-disposal kiosk with scales rated above 5,000 lb; Dyrty Vision, a computer-vision camera array over the sort line that classifies streams and detects contamination; Dyrt Sort conveyors, shredders and dewaterers; and the Dyrt Tumbler, a modular in-vessel composter processing roughly one ton of food waste per vessel per day on a 21-day finish cycle, with finished compost shipped to partner farms. Yard-management software covers routing and dispatch, scale ticketing and billing, material tracking, a live facility dashboard, a customer portal, and automated compliance logs.
