Technology

The platforms combine a configurable questionnaire engine with AI and automation: natural language processing and document scraping to ingest data from documents in any format, AI-powered file interrogation to pre-fill questionnaires, AI smart search for review, automated scoring and comparison of responses, and an embedded AI assistant called Sidekick for due diligence extraction and for drafting RFP/DDQ answers by matching question intent to approved content. Additional capabilities include workflow and collaboration tools, audit trails, analytics dashboards, customizable report templates, APIs, and integrations with Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Chrome, CRMs, data rooms and Nasdaq eVestment Omni.

History

After its 2018 founding, Dasseti built out platforms for allocators (COLLECT) and managers (ENGAGE), and received an early-stage investment from Nasdaq Ventures in 2022. In 2025 it rolled out its Sidekick AI assistant across the platform and relaunched its ESG solution as Harvest. In February 2026 it won Solution Provider of the Year – ODD at the Private Equity Wire European Awards, and in June 2026 launched an integration with Nasdaq eVestment Omni for consultant database narrative management. In July 2026 it announced an agreement to be acquired by Nasdaq.
