Conquer operates a mobile application that lets pickleball players in New York City discover, book and pay for organized games, clinics and drills at partner courts. Users create an account, choose a membership tier, and browse sessions that can be filtered by court location and skill level, booking a spot in advance or on the same day. Games are grouped by skill level and "vibe," are capped at six players per court, and run 90 minutes to two hours. The company states that games are posted roughly seven days ahead, with recurring games posted at 11pm ET the night of play, and that players who withdraw more than 24 hours before start time or whose game is cancelled receive refunds.

Access is sold through monthly memberships denominated in credits: $49/month (3 games), $95/month (6 games) and $125/month (9 games), with an average game costing about 8 credits and individual games ranging from 4 to 12 credits depending on whether the venue is a premium indoor or a casual outdoor court. Unused credits roll over up to the size of the upcoming plan, extra credits can be purchased at $2.50 each, and members can pause a membership for $10/month for up to three months at a time, twice per year. Memberships also include access to members-only events, discounts on gear and equipment, and priority court rental access. A free trial covering one game and 12 trial credits is offered; the site describes the trial as lasting five days on one page and three days on the FAQ page.

The service is described as NYC-only, with games across Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, and the company also solicits inquiries for hosting, private events and partnerships.
