Conductor AI develops Conduit, a platform that ingests large volumes of policy and compliance documentation, breaks the rules into individual line items, and lets subject-matter experts encode those rules and their working processes into AI-augmented decision steps. The resulting agentic workflows are used to review, approve, generate, auto-fix and redact documents, and can be triggered on demand or through APIs. Founding story

Long and Schwartz each spent seven years at Palantir, where Long led a data science project for the US Army and the two collaborated on Department of Justice initiatives; Long began his career as a quantitative analyst at proprietary trading firm DC Energy, and Schwartz previously worked in data analysis at Bloomberg. Fichter was a software engineer at PreVeil, which builds encryption software for email and file collaboration.
