Briya

Briya provides AIRE (AI Research Environment), a platform for conducting clinical and health research on real-world medical data using AI models the company states are trained on rich, real-world medical data rather than generic corpora. The product exposes a set of purpose-built research agents covering literature review, hypothesis formation, population selection, study design, methodology, data harmonization, descriptive statistics, summarization and analytics, with the stated aim of supporting domain-specific research methodologies. Outputs are oriented toward the publication workflow, with analysis generation, built-in validation, peer-review preparation and manuscript-ready outputs. Natural language processing capabilities are applied to unstructured clinical text; a clinician at Shaare Zedek Medical Center describes using them to identify patients with at-risk MASH (fibrosis stage F2 or higher) directly from unstructured clinical data.

Architecturally, Briya states that data is never moved from its source, avoiding warehouses and duplication, and that the design is privacy-first with expert-determined anonymization and alignment with HIPAA, GDPR and other global standards.
