BioLoomics is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company headquartered in Colorado that applies directed evolution in human cells to engineer antibodies capable of degrading target proteins. Its platform combines synthetic biology, fluorescent reporter cell lines, imaging and computer-vision-guided robotic cell picking, and machine learning to test antibody designs for spatial activities such as target degradation, translocation and AND-logic behavior. The company states its technology allows it to design and test antibody designs at roughly 10,000 times the scale of legacy methods, and it has evolved fluorescent reporter cells intended to support business-to-business partnerships across a range of target classes.
