Geoff HaleFounder, ChairmanGeoff Hale trained as a biochemist at the University of Cambridge and spent decades developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies including CAMPATH, the first humanised antibody, before establishing research and manufacturing facilities at Oxford that produced biologics for clinical trials. He founded BioAnaLab in 2002, a company specializing in antibody and immune response analysis, which was acquired by Millipore in 2010; he has since founded multiple companies focused on monoclonal antibodies for research, diagnostics, and therapy.

Lili WangScientific Advisor & Co-founderLili Wang is an immunologist with expertise in immuno-oncology and T-cell therapies, including work on engineered TCR-T and TIL development at biotech companies. She previously conducted human T-cell immunology research at the University of Oxford, studying immune responses to infectious diseases and vaccines, and led the T-cell immunology workstream of an influenza vaccine study with the Oxford Vaccine Group.
