BallerTV is a subscription streaming service that provides live broadcasts, replays and highlights of youth and amateur sporting events, including basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, softball and football. The platform organizes coverage around tournaments, showcases, camps and recreational leagues run by event operators such as Prep Hoops, Prep Girls Hoops, Big Shots, Surf Sports, KSA Events, MADE Hoops, Triple Crown Sports and Alodia Basketball Academy, and lets users browse or search events by sport, location, organization and date.

The service is positioned around four stated use cases: reviewing full-length game tape to improve skills, giving athletes exposure to professional scouts and NCAA Division I, II, III and NAIA coaches for recruiting, allowing families to watch games remotely, and scouting opposing players and teams. BallerTV operates a mobile app (published under the developer name Baller, Inc.) alongside its website, and says it covers more than 10,000 games on a given weekend. To produce that volume, the company built proprietary mobile autonomous camera technology and logistics operations and works with a network of videographers and Broadcast Partners recruited through its careers and "Work With Us" channels.

Former NBA player Dwyane Wade serves as a company spokesperson and endorses the platform's mission of expanding sports coverage for youth athletes.
