What they told YC

Describe what your company does in 50 characters or less.
Software to manage production in labor-intensive factories.
How long have each of you been working on this? How much of that has been full-time? Please explain.
The founders began in September 2020, initially planning to use computer vision to count pallets produced in factories. GDPR concerns led them to replace cameras with RFID for productivity tracking, and they later pivoted to a full production management platform. They worked part-time (~30 hours/week) from September 2020 to June 2021 and have both been full-time since.
What is your company going to make? Please describe your product and what it does or will do.
The founders built a platform to track and manage each step of production in labor-intensive factories, using touchscreen devices installed at each work area where workers log units produced and downtimes via RFID tags. Managers receive real-time alerts on downtime and low productivity, and the platform creates structured data across the process (raw material receipt, checklists, workstation progress, AI-assisted quality control photos, output counts, and invoicing). Each stakeholder (worker, foreman, manager, external labor provider, client) has a dedicated dashboard with alerts and data permissions, and the company is piloting a computer vision inspection system for per-unit quality metrics and visual audit trails.
