About
Yoshinori Hara is a Professor at the Graduate School of Management, Kyoto University, and previously served as Dean of that school and as President of the Society for Serviceology. He is an Associate Member of the Science Council of Japan and an Independent Outside Director of Asahi Holdings, Inc. His research focuses on service and IT innovation management, and he authored a 2022 book on resilient hospitality management. He holds a B.E. and M.E. from the University of Tokyo and a Ph.D. from Kyoto University.
