Wil Morgan joined JLR in 2017, began working with InMotion Ventures in 2019, and joined the team full-time in 2023 to lead North American investment and scouting. He sources and invests in North American deals across climate tech, industrial, and enterprise sectors. He studied Finance at Columbia University and has operational experience at a startup through IPO, as well as investment experience at a family office and as deputy Chief Investment Officer of an impact investment fund.
