Co-founder of Sage Capital in 2004 and partner of the firm. He brings over 20 years of private equity experience at Sage Capital and more than 20 years of M&A and investment banking experience on Wall Street, including senior positions at Goldman Sachs, First Boston (now UBS), The Blackstone Group, and Bear Stearns (now JP Morgan). He served as an adjunct finance professor at Washington University's Olin School of Business from 2001 to 2005 and holds degrees from Amherst College and University of Pennsylvania Law School.
