Walter Greenleaf is Research & Innovations Director at Stanford University's Medical Mixed Reality Center and an advisor to the Virtual Human Interaction Lab, the Wearable Electronics Program, and the VR-IT Clinic. Over 35 years, he has designed and developed clinical systems in surgical simulation, medical visualization, telerehabilitation, sleep staging, and digital health products, and currently advises numerous medical technology companies and venture firms on digital health systems. He serves as founding Board Chair of the International Virtual Reality Health Association and has held chief science officer positions at Pear Therapeutics and Interaxon.
