Viktor Gurskyi is a partner at 1991 Ventures, a London-based seed fund investing in early-stage companies founded by Ukrainian and CEE entrepreneurs in defence, cybersecurity, AI, fintech, and logistics sectors targeting enterprise and government buyers. Through 1991 Accelerator, he has been involved with supporting over 179 startups that have collectively raised more than $60 million in follow-on funding. He also operates the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund and the UK-Ukraine TechBridge in partnership with the UK Government.
