Tony Natale has more than 20 years in healthcare venture capital as an investor, founder, and operator, and currently serves as Executive Chairman of both XII Medical and ENT Specialty Partners. Before joining Amzak Health in 2023, he was Managing Partner at Aperture Venture Partners and previously a Partner at Prism Venture Partners and MDS Capital. He trained in General Surgery and Otolaryngology at the University of Connecticut/Hartford Hospital and holds a BA from the University of Virginia, an MD from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Yale.
