Theodore Alling is a serial entrepreneur and venture investor who co-founded Access America in 2002 with college fraternity brothers Barry Large and Allan Davis; the company grew to $500 million in revenue before being acquired by UPS/Coyote. He co-founded Lamp Post Group, a venture capital firm and tech incubator that invested $36 million in Chattanooga's entrepreneurial ecosystem and supported portfolio companies including Bellhops, Ambition, and Chattanooga Whiskey, and later co-founded Dynamo Ventures, which has launched three venture funds focused on the logistics industry.
