Co-Founder and Managing Director of FirstAngels Caribbean and Managing Director of consulting firm BizTactics Limited. She co-founded Jamaica's first angel investor network FirstAngels and the virtual incubator RevUP Caribbean, and holds degrees from the University of the West Indies. She serves on several corporate and nonprofit boards and previously led the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica.
