He previously led the IC group at Stretch, Inc., where he oversaw the release of two generations of SoCs for video surveillance, and spent 11 years at Altera Corporation working on the Stratix and Cyclone FPGAs and the HardCopy structured ASIC line. Cheung began his career at Cypress Semiconductor and holds a Master of Engineering from Cornell University and a 1997 MBA from UC Berkeley.
