Sachio Semmoto is an entrepreneur based in Japan whose career began at Nippon Telegraph & Telephone (NTT), where he worked on the development of Japan's first optical fiber system. He co-founded DDI Corporation, Japan's first privately-held telephone company, and later founded eMobile in 2005. He also founded Eco-Power Co., Ltd., described as Japan's first wind-power generating company.
